ERP Connectivity at Agicap:
- Context: to manage its cash flow, a company needs visibility of its future financial flows: supplier invoices to be paid, customer invoices awaiting payment, quotations sent, etc. To achieve this, we need to connect as many market tools as possible, in France and internationally, to integrate our customers' data and enable them to maximise the value of Agicap.
- As an ERP specialist at Agicap, you will play a crucial role in building two-ways connectors between Agicap and Navision/Business Central on-premise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams : tech team, product management, customer success to ensure the successful design and implementation of ERP connectors that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers to understand the requirements for ERP integrations and assist in designing effective connectors for various use cases.
- Lead the testing and implementation processes of ERP integrations with clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Iterate on the integration solutions based on client feedback and evolving needs.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the ERP connectors, ensuring compatibility with major versions and new releases.
- Document integration processes and create training materials for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new features and generate revenue through successful product deployment.
Preferred Experience:
- Must have : you have several years of functional expertise on Navision and Business Central on premise
- You have at least 2 years' experience of managing technical projects, and you know how to work with developers.
- You have an appetite for technical subjects and may have already done some development work.
- In any case, you know what an API is, you can read the documentation and test it independently.
- You're capable of leading a team and organizing delivery around agile practices (whatever they may be).
- You are fluent in English and French. Spanish, Italian or German is a plus.
- You like talking to users, solving their problems, and you're good at teaching and empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for various audiences and vice versa
