ATRRS is a mission critical system used to man the Army, and it is the system of record for managing individual institutional training throughput for the Total Army, including the Active Army (AA), Army National Guard (ARNG), U.S. Army Reserve (USAR), and Department of the Army (DA) Civilians. ATRRS is also the system of record for individual institutional training management for numerous other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, other Federal Government agencies and foreign national military users. The right partner for Directorate of Military Personnel Management (DMPM), Training Requirements Division (DAPE-MPT)will make ATRRS its number one priority, understand the complexities of DAPE-MPT requirements, and deliver expertise and results.

Environmental Conditions
Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Hybrid, 0-10% onsite.

Strength Demands
Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required.   Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
