SUMMARY
Support of the Next Generation Interagency Intelligence and Cyber Operations (NSIN ICON) Agile Defense is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst.
The ICON task order intends to address the ongoing need to deliver new and expedient capabilities to the intelligence and DoD’s network of cyberoperations stakeholders. Continuation of support under the COCOM Cyber Mission Support (CCMS) task order. The Agile Defense team has the opportunity to work across the cyberspace operations community supporting NSIN’s Mission Partners, such as, United States Cyber Command(USCYBERCOM) and the Cyber Mission Forces (CMF); Geographic and functional COCOMs; Joint Task Forces (JTF); Service cyberspace components(e.g., Marine Forces Cyber Command (MARFORCYBERCOM) and U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FCC); DoD component services and agencies; Intelligence agencies.; Homeland Security operational components Partners.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Gathers data on current operations and organizational studies and evaluations.
· Design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
· Identify and compare the efficiency and effectiveness of new processes and strategies.
· Assists with implementation of necessary changes based on operational requirements and the needs of the customer.
· Ability to work with operations teams, engineers, and management to create solutions and streamline business systems.
· Provide input and analysis findings in support of status briefings as requested by the customer.

· BA/BS with 4 Years Experience

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools
WORKING CONDITIONS
Environmental Conditions
· Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Strength Demands
· Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
