SUMMARY

Agile Labs is the innovation engine of Agile Defense, charged with rapidly conceiving, prototyping, and operationalizing next generation capabilities for our federal and commercial customers. From mission specific GenAI assistants to DevSecOps pipelines and threat informed cyber platforms, the Lab turns bold ideas into field ready solutions that scale across the enterprise. Our multidisciplinary teams combine research, design, engineering, and delivery excellence, enabling customers to adopt cutting-edge technology at the speed of relevance while complying with the most stringent security and compliance requirements.
The Vice President of Solutions Engineering sets the technical vision and delivery blueprint for Agile Labs. The role blends deep, hands-on architecture with executive level portfolio leadership. Acting as chief engineer, you will engage C-level stakeholders, translate mission needs into actionable backlog and working prototypes, all while author compelling technical proposals and white papers. You will also cultivate a culture of experimentation, rapidly building prototypes that derisk adoption of emerging technologies such as multimodal foundation models, autonomous agents, confidential compute, and software supply chain security. Internally, you will provide mentorship of engineering prowess to more than 2000 employees through Community of Practice forums, Labs solutions, and enablement programs, ensuring our workforce stays ahead of industry curves.
