Position Overview

Contracts embody the complex and dynamic DNA of an organization’s most critical business relationships. Our product mission is to deliver Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) without limitations through agility, seamless extensibility, and deep expertise to transform contracts into relationships.  As a leading CLM platform, we have a unique opportunity to help businesses discover, understand, manage and leverage these relationships.

As a Product Ops Manager at Agiloft, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the product organization to work with pace and predictability in the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, through launch, outcome measurement and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing, to streamline processes and drive product excellence. This individual will be responsible for enabling the product managers and UX team with tools and best practice to derive quantitative insights from their product areas, coordinate and lead the product launch process, and evaluate and refine the product development and release processes. The ideal candidate for this position will be a masterful collaborator, with exceptional attention to detail, who is experienced in product development process and comes with a passion for process, data, and measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

    • Product Launch Management:
    • Coordinate and lead a cross-functional program for product launch-related activities, including sales, services, marketing and partner enablement.
    • Develop and maintain detailed launch plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Coordinate and lead projects related to commercial packaging and pricing changes.
    • Manage beta programs and customer feedback programs related to new product capabilities.
    • Monitor and communicate progress, addressing issues and bottlenecks as they arise.
    • Quantitative Insights:
    • Manage our product analytics tools and provide support and enablement to product managers to self-serve with these tools to derive quantitative insights from their product areas, measuring outcomes from specific features or capabilities.
    • Process Optimization and Best Practices:
    • Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to define and document best practices and optimization in the cross-functional product development process,
    • Streamline the onboarding of product managers and UX designers into the product team with best practices materials.
    • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical subject.
    • 5+ years’ experience in product management or related fields such as software program management, software project management or technical marketing (including product launches).
    • Ability to encourage, motivate and develop a diverse group of people towards a challenging goal.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting
    • Strong PowerPoint skills to deliver executive level reports on project progress, challenges, and risks.
    • Experience in working with product and engineering teams using a range of product development methodologies (Agile, Lean, Kanban, waterfall) and tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
    • Experience in working with distributed, multinational teams.
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to conduct on-site workshops and research studies.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in SaaS based ERP, CRM, BPM or solutions.
    • Experience in AI based solutions.
