As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a self-directed, highly organized professional with 5+ years of event marketing experience in B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate thrives at both the macro (big-picture creative strategy, measurable business impact) and the micro (flawless execution and attention to detail). You’ll play a key role in delivering events from start to finish — leading some programs independently and supporting others — from concept and planning through on-site management and wrap-up. Through comprehensive communication, exceptional attendee experiences, and seamless lead flow, you’ll deliver results that move the needle. If you love building programs that inspire, connect, and deliver impact, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

    • Partner with the Director of Global Events, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to deliver events that drive company objectives.
    • Lead workstreams in support of major programs including industry tradeshows, customer summits, and Sales Kickoff.
    • Take end-to-end ownership of select events: planning, promotion, enablement, execution, and post-event follow-up.
    • Manage event budgets (including $100K+ programs), vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.
    • Partner closely with the Sales Development Team to seamlessly hand off event leads, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
    • Confidently manage up, down, and across functions to align stakeholders and maintain clear, consistent communication.
    • Oversee event logistics — venues, catering, AV, transportation, and accommodations.
    • Drive registration, attendee communication, and on-site execution to ensure seamless, high-impact experiences.
    • Boost attendance and engagement through compelling sales and marketing campaigns.
    • Report on event ROI, pipeline impact, and communication effectiveness.
    • Bring a creative eye to themes, activations, and design.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of hands-on event marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
    • Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously. Experience with project management tools, with bonus points for Asana.
    • Demonstrated success managing events end-to-end, including budgets of $100K+.
    • Ability to craft compelling marketing copy for campaigns, event promotions, and attendee communications.
    • Exceptional written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
    • Track record of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with cross-functional and external partners.
    • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficiency in marketing tools like Hubspot, Goldcast, Canva and others.
    • Salesforce experience required.
    • Sense of humor and team spirit!
