Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager, Website reports to the Senior Manager, Website & Digital Strategy. You will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence, optimizing the website experience, and generating leads. You will focus primarily on managing our company website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines, user-friendly, and effectively communicates our value proposition to interested visitors.
Job Responsibilities
- Website Management:
- Manage the ongoing maintenance and development of our company website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Ensure website content is aligned with messaging and branding strategies.
- Coordinate with other teams to update and maintain content on the site as needed.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging and visually appealing website experiences.
- Monitor website performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Website User Journey Personalization and Optimization:
- Analyze user behavior and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage personalization strategy to deliver engaging experiences to target audiences based on their needs and pain points, to improve conversion rates.
- Manage A/B testing & optimization roadmap to iterate website improvements.
- SEO:
- Manage content updates aligned with strategy and guidance from partner agencies.
- Ensure website content, meta tags, and headers are kept updated and optimized.
- Implement technical SEO improvements as needed or directed.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to track SEO progress and identify optimization opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with specific demonstrable experience in website management.
- Proven experience in SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in a B2B environment is a plus.
Technical Skills
- WordPress or another modern CMS platform
- Google Analytics or other analytics tools
- Mainstream SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Hubspot or other Marketing Automation Platforms

$100,000 - $120,000 a year
The US base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 (excluding bonus and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, or benefits.
