Position Overview  

The Senior Manager of Corporate Communications will be responsible for managing Agiloft’s outward-facing corporate messaging and communication, with a key focus on Press Relations (PR). They will also help to develop the overall content marketing strategy, taking a key role as the ‘keeper of the brand message’ in the creation of all messaging and materials for the organization’s stakeholders. 
 
 

Job Responsibilities

    • Work with leadership, product marketing, and creative services to develop and execute a world-class PR strategy, including a global editorial calendar (both of Agiloft’s and target outlets’ calendars)
    • Oversee and participate in the creation of written content to support the team’s marketing goals.
    • Work closely with demand generation team to ensure visibility for campaigns to support driving quality leads into the sales funnel.  
    • Write and edit content targeting specific buyer personas, buying stages, industries, and other audience segments.  
    • Help support the social media and blog content team with relevant content focused on the Agiloft platform, CLM industry, customer success stories, and Agiloft partnerships. 
    • Create visibility, awareness, and a strong market presence for Agiloft with savvy media relations, programs and agency management. 
    • Build a strategic plan with, and manage, outside agency resources to create a constant drumbeat of positive 3rd party earned content.
    • Contribute to building a high-performing marketing team and processes while implementing brand strategy to boost overall company image. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

    • Must have a minimum of six years implementing and managing a PR strategy for a B2B technology company 
    • Exhibit strong writing and editing skills with experience (5+ years) writing in the technology space as well as editing for a client or team of writers. 
    • Proven experience (5 – 7 years) creating content, such as blog posts, white papers, press releases, e-books, social posts, video content, graphic design, email campaigns, and newsletters. 
    • Ability to collaborate across the business with strong project management skills 
    • Ability to create overall content strategy and can carefully plan, produce, and generate incredible work on time. 
    • Understanding of metrics, measurement, and reporting  

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience using marketing channels like a blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms to drive engagement and increase awareness of the Agiloft brand and platform. 
    • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, Microsoft apps, WordPress 
    • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM/marketing platforms 
    • Experience with video editing software 
    • Experience in HTML, CSS; Java 
$125,000 - $140,000 a month
The US base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 (excluding bonus and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, or benefits.
