Role Summary
We're seeking a driven and visionary Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead sales and business development efforts within the concrete industry. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll have the chance to build a robust pipeline and drive sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Lead in closing strategic opportunities within the concrete industry.
- Promote AICrete's technology and services effectively within organizations and industry associations.
- Collaborate with specifiers, public agencies, and owners to generate business for AICrete.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of sales and business development experience in the concrete industry.
- Strong background in concrete materials with practical expertise.
- Proven success in selling to concrete producers or construction groups.
- Track record of closing 5-7 figure deals.
- Experience providing detailed status reports and market feedback.
- Demonstrated leadership in sales and business development.
- Ability to thrive in a growing company environment.
- Excellent communication skills and coaching abilities.
- Motivated by achieving targets and customer satisfaction.
- Committed to collaboration, diversity, and integrity.

Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Active involvement in industry associations for 3+ years.
