The Role
As a Founder's Office Analyst reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and operations, providing critical analytical support to our Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer. This role offers a distinctive opportunity to enhance your business acumen through practical problem-solving, while gaining broad organizational visibility.
How you'll make an impact:
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication
- Apply advanced analytical techniques and data-driven insights to guide internal teams in making informed, high-impact decisions
- Create and maintain comprehensive plans and trackers for strategic initiatives across the organization
- Continuously explore innovative approaches to problem-solving, driving efficiency and impact
What we're looking for:
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or similar analytical roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI and ability to leverage Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc. to build dashboards and automations
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional analytical skills and great attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities
- B.Tech or undergraduate degree
