What’s the role?
AiDash is seeking a talented and data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our global team. You will be responsible for creating insightful reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Power BI to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
What will you do?
·Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using PowerBI to effectively communicate key insights from Salesforce data.
·Collaborate with business users across departments (e.g.Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing, and Client Success) to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable reports.
·Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
·Develop and maintain reporting processes and data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Present reports and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
·Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
·Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce reporting and data visualization
·Maintain and ensure data security and integrity within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
·Minimum4+ years of experience in Salesforce reporting and data analysis
·Strong proficiency in Salesforce; Salesforce certification preferred
·Excellent data visualization skills and experience using Power BI 4+ years of experience
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·Excellent communication and presentation skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team
·Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
