    • Analyse vendor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide expert guidance and technical support to vendors, ensuring they understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
    • Source, qualify, and onboard new vendors with expertise in geospatial data annotation, labelling, and segmentation, particularly in areas like satellite and aerial imagery, LiDAR, and point clouds.
    • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors, considering specific geospatial data complexities.
    • Assign projects to vendors based on their expertise, capacity, cost factors, and specific geospatial data requirements
    • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to geospatial data quality and accuracy, and identify and address any potential issues promptly.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest geospatial data annotation tools, technologies, and best practices, including domain-specific quality metrics.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on vendor performance and project metrics, highlighting geospatial data quality achievements and challenges.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of vendor management policies and procedures tailored to geospatial data projects.

What are we looking for?

    • Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the geospatial data domain or a related field like remote sensing or photogrammetry.
    • Proven experience in vendor management and relationship building, with a focus on geospatial data vendors.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • In-depth understanding of geospatial data, including imagery, LiDAR, point clouds, and their associated annotation best practices.
    • Experience with geospatial data quality assurance methodologies and quality control processes specific to annotation and segmentation.
    • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing and collaborating with geographically dispersed vendors.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at handling complex geospatial data issues.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
