What will you do?

    • Design cloud solutions that ensure secure, sustainable, flexible and cost-appropriate solutions.
    • Consult with project teams to develop a solution design which is compliant with the architecture and standards of the company and follows industry best practices.
    • Ensure successful execution of IT strategies, architecture guidelines, and standards and guide project teams through the technology selection and architecture/security governance processes
    • Manage and maintain the Cloud DevOps pipeline, and work with dev teams on a combined pipeline. Look for opportunities to optimize and enable consistent automated deployments.
    • Define new patterns and standards as required.
    • Lead technology evaluations and implementations to fill gaps in the Technology Architecture.
    • Monitor standards/policy compliance by developing and executing governance processes and tools.
    • Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to others, and promote open culture and DevOps.
    • Model a culture that improves the organization's comfort with the speed of change, challenging assumptions, and relentless pursuit of improvement - all with a high sense of personal accountability

What are we looking for?

    • 8+ years of experience in DevOps & Cloud Technologies.
    • Expertise in any one of AWS/Azure/GCP.
    • Experience on handling high scale production workloads.
    • Strong working knowledge on Kubernetes.
    • Expertise with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform/Pulumi/Cloudformation, Helm, etc.
    • Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills.
    • Deep working knowledge of Linux servers and networking.
    • Hands-on knowledge of any one of - Python, Shell, Go or Java.
    • Experience with monitoring solutions like DataDog, NewRelic, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana.
    • Familiarity with modern cloud development practices (microservices architectures, REST interfaces, etc. )
