What is the role?

Solutions Consultants drive customer outcomes by partnering with clients during the pre-sales
process to bridge the gap between AiDash solutions and client needs. They ensure our solutions
and customer engagement approaches perfectly align with what's needed ultimately leading to
prospective customers choosing to partner with AiDash to achieve their goals. They do this by:

Consulting with prospects and customers to understand their business objectives and
determine how our products and analytics can deliver value at scale, in terms of cost
savings, efficiency improvements, and other key business metrics.
Leading solutioning workshops to collaborate with clients on how our solutions could be
configured to meet their business objectives.
Leading change management workshops to help prospects and customers navigate the
process of adopting their current processes to the future state with our solutions.
Creating and presenting tailored customer-facing material such as slides, demos, and
business cases showcasing how our solutions address specific pain points and deliver
ROI.
Providing technical expertise throughout the pre-sales cycle such as answering technical
questions with support for the product team.
Developing and maintain deep knowledge of our platform, integrations, and competitive
landscape.
Partnering with the Product team to feedback what you are hearing from customers into
the product roadmap.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Traveling 20% - 30% of the time.

Consultative approach to understand customer’s business, goals, and challenges and how
to partner with them to use our technology to achieve their business outcomes.
Solutions-oriented problem solver who gravitates towards the “art of what is possible”
even in ambiguous situations.
Excellent customer empathy and communication skills that allow you to translate
technical concepts into inspiring stories and explanations.
Proficient technically allowing you to configure tailored demos and discuss integration
requirements, as examples.
Agility to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.

Experience

•3 - 6 years of work experience in management consulting / digital product consulting /
analytic domain.
•At least 2 years in a customer facing role.
•MBA preferred, but not required.
•Utility industry experience preferred, but not required.

Candidate must be located on the West Coast or Midwest and near a major airport as this person will be supporting our US customers as well as Australia and New Zealand customers.
