What’s the role?

We are looking for a seasoned leader, who will be managing our recruitment of engineering functions in India.

What will you do?

    • Work with India leadership to develop hiring strategy and plan across the organization covering engineering, data science, and product management.
    • Develop employer proposition for specific teams, and work towards establishing AiDash as a leading brand, and employer of choice in target talent pools.
    • Collaborate with teams, to deeply understand their business and hiring needs, and prioritize hirings to make sure business objectives are met.
    • Be the advocate, for AiDash employer brand, on internal and external platforms.  
    • Create an exceptional Employer Brand across channels - social/digital/offline (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, relevant technology and industry forums, etc.)
    • Build talent acquisition team, systems, and process which has helped hire quality talent at a scale across levels in the organization - across the recruitment lifecycle
    • Continuously enhance recruitment processes, to create a positive experience for candidates, and interviewers, and help recruitment processes scale.
    • Identify, evaluate and adopt new-age technology tools for recruitment.
    • Measure, Analyse and improve on recruitment metrics.

what are we looking for?

    • Logical mind, who can strategise, create recruitment plans, and come up with fresh ideas.
    • Experienced in partnering with business and technology teams, to help them hire talent.
    • Proven track record in building and leading recruitment team.  
    • Strong communication skills, who can represent AiDash to candidates, and partners
    • Experienced in building strong employer brands, and brand advocacy.
    • Tech Savvy - experienced in using ATS, and sourcing tools/platforms.
    • Has a good understanding of hiring trends and eco-system.
    • Should be able to multi-task, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Exposure to US / Europe hiring would be a plus
    • An engineering background would be a preference, though not mandatory.
