Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned technology recruiter, who will be working with one / more of our technology and data science teams, to manage their end-to-end recruitment (from entry-level to leadership roles) in India, the US and Europe.

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

    • Work with technology leaders and other functional leaders on workforce planning 
    • Develop recruitment strategy and plan for designated roles/teams - employer proposition, sources, programs, partnership etc. 
    • Collaborate with teams, to deeply understand the hiring needs,  and proactively translate them into job descriptions, which help attract relevant talent, and create positive candidate experience. 
    • Identify and evaluate new sourcing channels/partners. 
    • Create new programs / improve existing programs - to attract relevant talent.
    • Contribute towards employer branding initiatives.

Execution

    • Act as SPOC for designated technology team for their hiring needs
    • Source and manage active and passive candidates and nurture, a strong pipeline of candidates for our teams. 
    • Map talent across target companies, and manage relationships with these candidates - to convert them into hires. 
    • Act as the first point of contact for the company, for candidates - create a strong candidates experience, and understand the fitment with AiDash - from engineer to VP / Director level roles. 
    • Own full recruitment process including sourcing, interview, feedback, and offer process.
    • Enhance processes on ATS, to create a positive experience for candidates, and interviewers, and help recruitment processes scale. 
    • Act as SPOC for external partners/sources, and onboard new ones as per the hiring needs 
    • Measure, Analyse and improve on recruitment metrics. 

Team

    • Mentor junior recruiters, sources, and co-ordinators

What you will need for this role?

    • Logical mind, who can strategize, create recruitment plans, and come up with fresh ideas. 
    • Strong communication skills, who can represent AiDash to candidates at all levels
    • Seasoned technology recruiter, who can engage and assess technology. 
    • Experiences in product hiring, and understanding what it takes, to attract tier-one talent.
    • Should be able to multi-task, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.  
    • Willing to identify, and adopt new-age hiring tools. 
    • Experienced in working with MS Office and any ATS. 
    • Has a good understanding of technology trends and eco-system. 
    • Experience with analytics, and data science hiring would be huge plus. 
    • Exposure to US / Europe hiring would be a plus
