Senior People Partner [ Engineering and Product] will be involved in strategic projects in Talent management, eNPS action planning & enhancing Talent density at AiDash.

We are looking for Tier 1 MBA and [ 4 - 6 years ]of experience in Enterprise Product Companies. HR/Rewards consulting exp will be desirable but not mandatory. People Partners are expected to drive business outcomes using a suite of offerings - OD interventions , Managerial Capability & Career Management.

Key Impact Areas
 
Setting up norms of Performance Process for the org [ OKRs , Cascading of OKRs and Goal Audits and tracking Check-ins] 
Tracking engagement across levels and action planning with leaders  
Training needs assessment
Compensation plans – benchmarks , levelling, band overlaps 
Driving recognition aspects and build a culture of appreciation. 
Competency Matrix , Progression and IDP tracking. 
Core HRBP deliverables – 1 on 1 connects , Early warning systems , Need based interventions , Employee relations , workforce planning & search strategy for critical roles

  Side projects 
- HR tech and automation aspects to [Move from manual systems to automated stuff]
- Policy review and design [ From time to time / Need based]
