What will you do?
· As a Lead-Geospatial Analysis, you will be responsible for leading a team of GIS analysts to deliver multi-disciplinary projects.
· Co-ordinate and align with internal teams and stakeholders.
· Manage vendors and ensure timely delivery.
· Ensure productivity targets are met with utmost focus on quality.
· Monitoring the performance of your Team members.
· Prepare, extract, and organize spatial and non-spatial data requirements based on the project requirements.
What are we looking for?
· 7+ years of progressive domain experience in a GIS and Remote Sensing technologies.
· Advanced knowledge and experience with GIS industry principles, theories and best practices.
· Well-developed leadership and project management skills.
· Strong communicator, able to communicate across all levels of a business.
· Demonstrable experience of hitting personal and team productivity target.
