About the Job:

    • As a PM Intern, you will be focused on helping us to bring the TruEra AI quality platform to the world; our goal is to make the platform accessible to any data scientist to use on any model anywhere within minutes!
    • You are a force multiplier for the everyday work of a data scientist through the iterative model development process, production monitoring, and model debugging lifecycle. Our platform enables data scientists to quickly test their models on critical quality issues and then helps them get to the root cause. We’re building a technical product for technical users.

What you will do:

    • We’re looking for a Product Management intern to help explore and learn about the process of bringing the TruEra AI Quality Platform to the world. Interns can join anytime (as early as Spring 2022).
    • Based on your interests, skills, and available projects, we will match you with a project where you can hit the ground running, learn a ton, and gain a lot of important experience!

Areas you might work on include:

    • SaaS features
    • User growth and engagement
    • infrastructure and Cloud integrations
    • Data science onboarding
    • AI Quality testing

Welcomed Qualifications:

    • We have listed some responsibilities and experience guidelines below, but do not consider these as set in stone—talent and passion for what we’re working on are the most important:
    • A penchant for learning!
    • Working with front-end and user research teams to instrument user journeys. Work with support teams to identify friction points along those journeys to optimize.
    • Strong communication skills, both with customers, customer success teams, and engineering teams.
    • Prior experience relevant to your project (see the categories above)A technical background to help. Data, analytics or AI/ML is nice-to-have but not required.
    • Prior experience with SaaS/ Growth is a plus as well
    • Some product management experience is a plus or some transferable experiences
