We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Agency Leader to join our clients' executive team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for championing a culture of innovation, growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and spearheading agency operations across a portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of experiential marketing (XM) and brand activations, coupled with strong operational acumen to drive efficiency and collaborate with leadership to refine strategy and brand positioning for our evolving business structure.

Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership & Agency Growth
    • Develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies for client campaigns.
    • Align agency initiatives with business objectives to drive revenue growth.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving consumer behaviors.
    • Elevate the agency’s presence and services across North America
    • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities alongside the President.
    • Leverage an extensive network to generate leads, build partnerships, and drive agency growth.
    • Develop compelling proposals and lead high-stakes pitches to prospective clients.
    • Continuously explore innovative approaches to enhance agency offerings.
    • Oversee internal and external communications to reinforce thought leadership.
    • Team Leadership & Development
    • Provide vision, and strategic direction to the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
    • Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing and client service teams.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative agency culture.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
    • Client Relationship Management & Operations
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term success.
    • Act as the primary client liaison, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
    • Partner with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    • Analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
    • Oversee campaign budgets in collaboration with project managers, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
    • Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring cost-effective execution.
    • Implement operational efficiencies to enhance agency workflows and client servicing.
    • Introduce cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and processes to drive better outcomes.
    • Creative & Campaign Direction
    • Oversee the creative development process, ensuring teams receive clear and compelling briefs.
    • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to craft innovative in-person activation concepts.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns and marketing materials.

Skills and Experience

    • Strong background in integrated marketing and advertising
    • Proven leader with a track record of managing agency teams.
    • Experienced in business development and pitching for new accounts.
    • Positive mindset with infectious energy and an ability to inspire teams.
    • Visionary leader with a future-focused, evolutionary mindset.
    • Experience with experiential marketing (XM) and brand activations preferred.
    • Deep understanding of the CPG and entertainment industries preferred
    • Strong grasp of Creative, Branding, and Design.
