We are hiring on behalf of a global marketing agency located in downtown Toronto for a Campaign Manager

Job Summary:
Reporting the the VP, Data and Technology, this role is an integral part of technology and it will focus on collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to design solutions for CRM marketing programs. This role will lead campaign setup and execution across selected platforms and provide necessary guidance to developers and designers.

Key Responsibilities

    • Document functional requirements or change requests of multi-channel CRM programs including direct mail, email, mobile, web data triggers, etc
    • Review requirement with technical development team and define solution required to support the CRM program
    • Setup campaign automation system according to specifications of the CRM program
    • Participate in creation of and execution of functional and data related test plans with vendors and/or client database team
    • Ensure all documentation is completed for proper campaign set up such as tagging and source code set up, as required
    • Create, implement and manage campaign matrix form, along with required business rule
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders in designing dashboards and analytic reports relevant for CRM marketing programs
    • Create and deliver reports for CRM marketing programs
    • Assist business stakeholders in drawing insights from data to determine campaign success and further strategy development
    • Lead and drive key customer discussions
    • Provide input into new business development as required
    • Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
    • Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures including health and safety
    • Comply with all AODA regulations and requirements

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of progressive experience in business and system analysis; understanding of data-driven marketing campaigns and digital marketing solutions a plus
    • Experience in facilitating discussions amongst multiple stakeholders, preferably experience in professional services environment interfacing with clients and vendors
    • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining campaigns in campaign management/marketing automation tools including Salesforce (ET), Adobe, IBM, and others, preferable with some basic knowledge of HTML coding
    • Hands-on experience using reporting tools (e.g. Cognos, MicroStrategy, MS SQL Server Reporting Services/ Analysis Services), preferably with some hands-on experience in using database platform (e.g. MS SQL Server, my SQL)
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail
