Our client, an innovative, client-focused boutique HEOR consulting firm is growing! We’re looking for a Project Manager to join their team. In this role you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of research projects of real world evidence . The ideal candidate is someone who has run projects, built presentation decks and juggled timelines before. Ideally has some knowledge of HEOR, with some of their experience being in HEOR or market access or clinical trials.
Project Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Develop timelines and resourcing plans for HEOR studies (e.g., cost-effectiveness analyses, real-world evidence studies, burden-of-disease studies).
- Ensure alignment between internal HEOR statisticians, medical writers, and external partners.
- Coordinate input from external stakeholders such as clients and external medical experts.
- Track project milestones (study protocol development, data analysis, report generation, publication planning).
- Manage contracts and timelines.
- Flag risks or delays early and propose mitigation strategies.
Content Creation & Development
- Experience drafting study protocols and study reports, as well as slide decks on study results.
- Experience working with statisticians and putting the content and analysis in a deck in a client friendly manner and interpreting the results.
- Medical Writing experience is a plus.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure projects meet scientific rigour, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Create and maintain documentation and version control across deliverables.
Deliverable Management
- Oversee the creation of HEOR outputs such as: Slide Decks / Different versions for different audiences.
- Cost-effectiveness models.
- Real-world evidence manuscripts.
- Conference posters/presentations.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and are scientifically accurate.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Translate complex HEOR concepts into presentations and slide decks in a business-friendly updates for non-technical audiences.
Key Must Have Skills to Excel in this role:
- Strong organizational skills: managing multiple complex studies simultaneously.
- Scientific literacy: understanding HEOR concepts ideally. Clinical Research project experience is also works.
- Communication: balancing technical rigour with business outcomes. Someone that can easily translate complex information, both internally and with clients.
