Our client in the retail sector is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator (ecrm)

You will be responsible for end-to-end email campaigns, from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Experience with Klaviyo is highly desirable, as you will be expected to utilize its functionalities to their fullest potential. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Ecommerce Manager and Content Manager, to optimize campaign performance and enhance engagement. Your role will also involve supporting ecommerce initiatives, including web merchandising and product launches. You will also oversee user-generated content (UGC) through third party platforms. Through your proactive approach and commitment to staying abreast of industry trends, you will contribute to our continuous growth and success in the digital landscape.

What You Will Do

Email Marketing

    • Own end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
    • Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Write briefs for email development, ensuring clear direction and alignment with campaign objectives.
    • Design and optimize email templates and layouts to enhance engagement and boost conversion rates.
    • Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Manager for scheduling and planning, as well as with the Content Manager and Art/Graphic Design team for content creation and design.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports on email performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

E-commerce Support

    • Write briefs for ecommerce specific programs and manage review process with graphic design team.
    • Pull ad hoc ecommerce reporting.
    • Support on web merchandising and product launches.

Content Creation

    • Project-manage UGC ad content creation through third party platforms - including brief writing, overseeing execution, building relationships with UGC creators, and provide feedback on content.
    • Collaborate with the Content Manager on brief direction and ongoing process.

What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or CRM management
    • Proficiency with email marketing platforms ideally with Klaviyo.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging and relevant email content.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail with project briefs and ability to take initiative and ownership.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing direction or project scope.
    • Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization (preferred but not required).
    • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and understanding of eCommerce best practices (preferred but not required).
    • Great communication and team player skills.
