As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on Growth & Partnerships hiring, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by attracting, engaging, and retaining exceptional sales talent. Leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition and understanding of the travel-tech industry, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to build a high-performing sales team that drives our company's growth and success on a global scale.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, growth and partnerships department hiring needs, and talent requirements;
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier sales talent, utilizing a mix of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events;
    • Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-caliber talent;
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-depth behavioral interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural add;
    • Drive a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and providing timely communication and feedback;
    • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating interview panels, and providing interview training and guidance as needed;
    • Negotiate and extend offers to top candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and a smooth transition throughout the onboarding process;
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement;
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales recruitment, leveraging insights to continuously optimize recruitment processes and strategies.

Must-haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in sales recruitment, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry;
    • Deep understanding of sales/partnerships roles and responsibilities, including sales methodologies, KPIs, and performance metrics;
    • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams;
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results with a sense of urgency;
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools and technologies;
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Good to haves:

    • Experience in the traveltech and/or telco industry
    • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • Additional written/spoken languages
    • Proven experience using AI-powered tools to streamline and automate the recruitment process.
