As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of products across our Partner Platform and integration solutions used by B2B2C Partners reselling connectivity. The Airalo Partner Platform and Partner API have been built to sell connectivity (travel eSIMs) seamlessly. The Airalo Partner API is the most widely adopted product within our B2B2C offering, and we aim to further elevate its value and adoption.

You are comfortable managing a broad scope, including multiple products, while collaborating with a large engineering team and diverse stakeholders. You have strong communication, decision-making, and prioritization skills. You embrace a "less is more" approach, focus on delivering high-quality products, and are confident in identifying the problems and features that will drive the greatest impact. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of B2B2C, delivering first-class product experiences at a global scale across a range of industries. Your curiosity, humility, and pride in uplifting others through your support and leadership define your role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Define and articulate a clear vision, product strategy, OKRs, and product roadmaps for B2B2C products
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and growth of B2B2C products and features
    • Define, analyze, and optimize product success KPIs within your scope, measuring impact and reporting on progress monthly, while sharing insights on trends
    • Define and maintain public-facing documentation for our developer platform in collaboration with our content designer
    • Apply product management best practices involving working backwards, conducting product discovery and leveraging data insights to uncover new product opportunities
    • Deeply understand user needs, articulate use cases clearly, identify potential bottlenecks and translate these insights into requirements for the engineering team
    • Adopt and embrace Product Requirements Documents reflecting your thought process
    • Define, prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively
    • Work collaboratively with engineering, design, research, data, support, finance and partnerships to deliver impactful products and features

Must-haves:

    • 6+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of products including API products within the B2B/B2B2C industry
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to articulate ideas clearly using data and explain trends, including increases or declines in key product success KPIs
    • Experience in collaborating with product designers, engineers, QA, content designers, data, partnerships and support
    • Experience in defining and iterating product roadmaps, and OKRs
    • Experience in facilitating technical discussions about products and features and providing feedback for technical designs
    • Extraordinary attention to detail by thinking the beauty is hidden in them
    • Strong interest in user-centered design and research, with the ability to conduct interviews and engage directly with partners to uncover their needs, pain points, and reasons for churn
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good-to-have:

    • Product experience in telecommunications
    • Experience working in a remote work environment
    • Experience with Jira, Figma, QuickSight, Tableau, Dovetail, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel
    • Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA-related technologies and services
