What you'll do:
Support the sales and marketing teams as they execute our go to market strategy.
*Manage the day-to-day operations of our sales tech-stack, including Salesforce.com, Outreach, InsightSquared and others.
*Provide SFDC administrator support including creating new flows, fields and reports/dashboards.
*Manage the commissions payment reporting each month, ensuring accurate and timely commission statement.
*Ensure leadership has access to accurate KPI dashboards showing progress to each monthly and quarterly goal, and each sales rep has their own view of progress to goal.
*Manage territories within SFDC which will be required as we scale our sales team. Create and enforce rules of engagement.
*Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the growth function “go faster”.
*Manage the marketing tools critical to scaling or pipeline creation engine. Do we have the right tools in place to enable us to scale? Are they instrumented accurately?
*Create and execute campaigns, in partnership with the marketing team. Build nurture paths
*Lead flow: develop a process and build the framework such that we can accurately measure our demand waterfall, and so every Airbase prospect has a defined journey and is treated appropriately and systematically: so that they have the best chance of conversion.
*Instrument the capabilities we need for in-depth and accurate marketing attribution, alongside our head of analytics.
*Continue to build our marketable database.

- Proven experience in managing a Salesforce implementation, ideally holding a current Salesforce administrator certification.
- Marketing automation and attribution experience: AutoPilot and/or Marketo. Bizible or Full Circle
- Familiar with sales tech tools such as InsightSquared, Outreach, Gong, WorkRamp. Have the ability to pick up and manage new tools quickly.
- At least 2 years experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to reliably proof copy and content.

As this role needs to work in alongside our sales and marketing teams including team members based in San Francisco, CA, please confirm if you are willing to work for at least 5 hours a day that overlap with PT time zone.
