As an HR Intern, you will offer support to the Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks related to HR, employee engagement and operations.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and exposure to diverse aspects of HR.

This is a 6-month internship base in our Paris office.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors.
    • Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Coordinate with international teams on HR projects and initiatives.
    • Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions.
    • Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications:

    • Fluency in English (French language skills are a plus).
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Interest in HR and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, international setting.
