About the role:
The Marketing Manager, New Growth Channels role sits within the Performance Marketing Team and is responsible for driving a test and learn culture across the team. They will be responsible for reporting, analysis, A/B testing ads, and ensuring we have the right mix of channels in place to deliver an impactful performance marketing program. 

What you'll bring:

    • Own reporting and analysis for the performance marketing team. Be the go-to person on performance marketing results and insights
    • Identify opportunities for channel optimisation and work with the team to implement. Create robust testing plans and processes to ensure we are continually testing different approaches across every channel.
    • Identify new channels that will drive awareness, consideration, or conversion within our target ICP.
    • Support outbound marketing efforts through the implementation of intent data and working with regional marketers to deliver 1 to many ABM activity.
    • Own the relationship with product marketing, content, creative, and campaigns. Create a closed-loop system to ensure ad performance informs our future creative. Continually test new formats and messaging. 
    • Manage budget, vendor relationships, and invoicing. Advise team on digital marketing mix and budgets based on past performance. 
    • Leverage vendor relationships to discover new opportunities, betas, etc. to stay at the leading edge of performance marketing. 
    • Present results and findings to senior leadership as required.
    • Work closely with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure we have the right attribution and reporting in place to deliver an effective digital marketing program.
    • Identify opportunities for efficiencies through Ad Tech and automation and work cross functionally to improve advertising operations.

What you'll bring:

    • 5 years+ experience working digital advertising, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or an agency working with B2B clients.
    • Deep expertise of Paid Acquisition Channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), ideally holds Google ads and Meta blueprint certifications. 
    • Knowledge of the wider digital marketing environment and some experience with review sites, podcast advertising is a plus.
    • Experience working with and implementing Ad Tech.
    • Expert of Analysis & Reporting Tools (GA4, Supermetrics, etc)
    • Creation of assets, ad copy, AB tests, data driven files
    • Ability to audit accounts and make recommendations
    • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
This is not including a bonus, equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
