As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for a number of teams delivering the system and business-critical features that add customer value on top of Voice. Providing the leadership and management, driving process, technical and architectural best practices to deliver high quality, secure, performant software, will be part of your day to day job.

Using a variety of back-end stacks, appropriate for each requirement, but always hosted on AWS, we build added value and resilient services on top of voice and fully integrate with our customers’ business critical tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, …).

Your mission @Aircall:

- Helping the team design and execute the roadmap
- Mentor Engineers shipping releases respecting timelines and high quality development
- Lead by example: Coaching and mentoring Engineers to excel at their work and grow within the team
- Build the best delivery teams: hiring and onboarding Engineers
- Sync with other Engineering Managers to propose and implement process, methodologies, practices and innovations on the entire Tech team


A little more about you:

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ management experience
- Deep interest in people and leadership
- Master in mentoring engineers
- Growth mindset and curiosity are in your nature
- Real Tech Background - any tech stack
- AWS experience & API integration with node.js/typescript a plus
- First experience and success in team management or lead experience
- Quality oriented
