About the Role
The Director of Digital Marketing is a strategic role that leads our global paid and organic digital marketing channels. We are looking for an experienced digital expert and leader to manage a talented digital marketing team at the international level. The main goal of this team is to drive demand and inbound pipeline through high ROI-driven digital strategies.
What you'll do:
- Set up and develop a global digital strategy to drive inbound and enable predictive spend and positive ROAS, with the goal to meet or exceed digital performance targets.
- Own digital channels to feed marketing and sales funnel and oversee digital customer acquisition strategy with advanced audience targeting (SEO, Google Ads, Paid social, ranking websites…)
- Work and manage the SEO experts to optimize site traffic and conversion.
- Manage an international team of digital specialists (Paid Search, Organic Search, Paid Media...) manage their career development, their aspirations, and ensure the well-being of everyone.
- Define overall digital campaign strategy; execute global marketing campaigns (evergreen & seasonal campaigns in line with Market trends): align to the global marketing campaign calendars, identify opportunities, prioritize projects,, monitor performance and analyze results
- Analyze and report weekly results, implement corrective actions quickly if needed and work with the operations to determine and prioritize data views needed to optimize digital efforts and track results.
- Report to the leadership team inbound performance, tactical and strategic plan.
- Enable full-funnel performance analysis and align investment decisions with performance targets.
- Collaborate with the field, program, product marketing, content, studio and brand teams to develop and implement a coordinated strategy for acquiring multichannel prospects.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers and budgets.
What you'll bring:
- Senior experience in performance and/or digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space (10 years)
- Attribution and data expertise including GA4, GSC, Looker and others.
- Experience with international digital acquisition (NA, EMEA & APAC)
- Experienced advertiser on digital advertising platforms like Adwords, Display, Affiliate programs, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.
- Strong on and off-page SEO experience
- Experience managing large budgets at a global level and being accountable for ROI
- Player/Coach - strategy is not enough, we need to build things and expect you to get stuck in with your team
- Metrics-driven mindset, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great management skills, you will be a leader for an international team
- Excellent team player with strong communication, you understand an integrated approach across our marketing channels and work collaboratively to achieve team success
$170,000 - $190,000 a year
This is not including a bonus, equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
