About the role: We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our NAM Partnerships team in the New York or San Francisco office. You will play a pivotal role in our regional growth and development of one of our largest partner ecosystems.
As Partner Account Manager, you will help us grow the pipeline and revenue through our Channel partners, BPO’s, and Agencies (also defined as System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms etc).
This role is for the Aircall office in New York or San Francisco (at least three days per week at the office).
What you'll do:
- Partnership Development: Drive engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue for one of Aircall’s key markets. Actively manage a portion of the partnership portfolio, contributing directly to partnership targets and success. Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners’ teams to increase awareness of the Aircall value proposition.
- Partner Communication: Effectively communicate our vision, value proposition and technological aspects of the product to our partners. Conduct presentations and demos to support partner enablement and to drive lead generation and partner retention.
- Cross-Department-Collaboration: Work in tandem with our internal sales and CSM teams to leverage synergies, drive sales and ensure a unified approach to our partners.
- Performance Management: Track the operational side of the business by capturing opportunities in Salesforce and managing the sales process together with the wider Aircall sales team.
- Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for growing an existing portfolio of partners as well as source, onboard, and activate new partners. You will be expected to run extensive and continuous discovery conversations, develop success strategies and mutual action plans, track and ensure partner performance, and schedule and manage regular check-ins, QBR’s, and other related meetings.
- Travel: Some travel will be expected to attend expos, conferences, and in-person partner visits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have at least 2-3 years or more of experience, ideally in a Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management roles, in a competitive, data-driven environment.
- You have a Sales mindset, always looking for the next business opportunity.
- You have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident communicator, native in English
$100,000 - $115,000 a year
The salary offered is not including bonus and other benefits. PAMs can expect to see an OTE of 125-160K. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
