We are looking for an amazing Customer Care Expert to join our fast-growing team in Paris!
What you will do
- Provide a high-quality assistance to customers
- Gather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap
- Help in developing our processes, practices & tools
- Bring in new ideas to delight our customers
What we are looking for
- Bac+3 degree (minimum) from University, School
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
- Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
- Native French & fluent in English,
- Fluent Spanish, Portuguese or German would be a big plus
- Previous experience in a similar environment would be appreciated
