About the team

Within our Customer Care team, Customer Success is in charge of making sure we help our clients grow. Because of the importance that our clients have for us, this is a team that is placed at the heart of our operations and a very important role.

We are specifically looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills and business acumen to help our customers succeed in reaching their business goals through an optimised use of Aircall.

What you would do as a CSM :

    • Grow and nurture a portfolio of customers in the French Market
    • Maximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction
    • Gather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap
    • Bring in new ideas to delight our customers

What we're looking for :

    • Flawless spoken and written French skills and fluent English.
    • A first work experience in a similar environment (sales, customer relations, customer service, marketing) would be highly appreciated.
    • You're a natural communicator.
    • Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
    • You appreciate and aim for structure and processes in your work.
