About the role: 

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be an integral part of our Sales team that works collaboratively with Account Executives. It’s a fast-paced role and a perfect entryway into sales within the SaaS space.

What we are looking for:

    • Uncover and create well-qualified new opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and using our proven process and our extensive Salesforce database
    • Carry out outbound campaigns outbound campaigns (emails, calls) to book demos/meetings with relevant leads
    • Research relevant markets (verticals, customer segments, etc) and gather key prospect information
    • Work closely with the Account Executives & the rest of the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle
    • Document all daily activities in Salesforce (you will be trained in Salesforce)
    • Travel with the team to all events

What you'll bring:

    • Native or bilingual speaker for the dedicated market
    • A willingness to develop your sales skills. Your first two weeks will be spent at the Aircall Sales Academy and there will be continuous training and development.
    • Organisation and time management skills 
    • Willing to work and grow in an international and diverse environment, where we thrive as a team and support each other to reach and surpass goals
