As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and parking garages. We handle everything from advertising to collecting payments from drivers and enforcing against illegal parking. We already operate 150+ parking lots and parking garages across 30 US states and we are growing quickly.

THE ROLE πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€πŸ’»

You will primarily be responsible for top-of-funnel business development, with the goal of maximizing the number of parking lots and parking garages that we are signing on through the commercial real estate broker channel.

This is a new growth channel for AirGarage. We have worked with commercial real estate brokers in the past, but only in an ad hoc manner and generally these initiatives were led by our CEO.

You will be taking over this function and will be responsible for defining how we leverage partnerships with commercial real estate brokers to create and maintain relationships with their clientele as a channel through which we can onboard new parking assets to the AirGarage network.

You will need to maintain consistent, tailored broker-facing communication and engagement efforts in order to convey the AirGarage value proposition to brokers, ease conveying our service to their clientele, work to open/keep open channels for deal flow, and ultimately, directly influence high-quality opportunity generation which results in new parking assets onboarding with AirGarage. You will work closely with our Operations and Sales teams to qualify broker-led opportunities and guide them through the process of beginning to work with AirGarage

We will be looking to you to establish trust within the brokerage community, set the standard for broker partner excellence, and influence the early growth of AirGarage through relationships and more β€œat-bats” with this new channel.

β€” Partner with brokers to generate and qualify new parking lot and parking garage opportunities across the US and Canada
β€” Be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact to the brokerage community on AirGarage’s value proposition, products, and portfolio
β€” Constant education and brand promotion via outbound sales activities
β€” Commercial Real Estate firm leadership relationship development and maintenance
β€” Work closely with our CEO to develop this new channel: you will be the first full time person internally to be focused on developing relationships with commercial real estate brokers as a source of new business for us and will have a large role to play in defining how we scale this growth channel across the US and Canada

β€” 3+ years of experience in brokerage production role (business development focus preferred)
β€” Proven track record in a world-class sales team exceeding revenue goals
β€” Strong brokerage network (will be cross-checked)
β€” Nuanced knowledge of the commercial real estate industry
β€” Self-starter, reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
β€” Competency in deal financials/cash flow analysis
β€” Strong time management skills and experience managing numerous tasks simultaneously
