We are building a future where real estate is digitized and can be transitioned from one use to another seamlessly on-demand, moving every piece of urban real estate toward its highest and best use.

We are starting with the $131 billion US parking real estate market because it is one of the most offline and mismanaged commercial real estate asset types.

As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and parking garages. We handle everything from advertising to collecting payments from drivers and enforcing against illegal parking. We already operate 150+ parking lots and parking garages across 30 US states and we are growing quickly.

We are backed by top tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Floodgate, Founders Fund, and angel investors who have founded or worked at companies like Uber, Opendoor, Flexport, and more.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative interested in starting, or continuing, their sales career by helping AirGarage grow our supply of parking lots and garages in markets across the country.

Responsibilities of this role include building a sales pipeline from scratch in markets across the country, as well as helping our AEs book virtual & in-person sales meetings with pre-qualified leads.

— Outbound prospecting via phone (70%) and email (30%), which entails finding and qualifying leads as well as making contact to schedule discovery calls or demos for account executives.

— Qualify leads by understanding customer pain points and conveying how AirGarage's solution can help.

— Work with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a consistent brand experience for every lead.

— Become an expert in our CRM and make sure pipelines and activities are consistently up to date and accurate to the highest level of attention and detail.

— Work with the rest of the sales team to iterate and improve on our sales process. We are always looking for ways to improve and you can contribute actively to that process once you have ramped up and are consistently connecting with prospects.

— 1 - 2 years professional experience - bonus points if you've worked in a startup, Commercial Real Estate or high volume outbound sales environment.

— Ability to quickly learn the AirGarage product and service and how it compares to competitors.

— A growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly in an early stage startup environment where change is constant.

— Grit and the willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed.

— To be coachable, you should be excited to learn about a unique industry and competitive selling process as well as help us improve things along the way.

— Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

— (Bonus) A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, or Commercial Real Estate experience.

— You’ll be joining a sharp, motivated team and have the option to work in an office in San Francisco or work remotely. Our company is remote-first but we know some people thrive in the in-person energy of working in an office.

— SDRs at AirGarage are paid a base salary of $55,000 regardless of location.

— Monthly bonuses as an SDR are based on the number of demos that you set that are successfully completed by an AE per month.

— In addition to the monthly bonus, SDRs are eligible for commission (paid monthly) based on the total GMV earned by new parking lots they source that are closed by AE's.

— OTE for SDRs is $85,000.
