AirGarage is repurposing the 30% of real estate in the average American city currently dedicated to parking.

We are building a future where real estate is digitized and can be transitioned from one use to another seamlessly on-demand, moving every piece of urban real estate toward its highest and best use.

We are starting with the $131 billion US parking real estate market because it is one of the most offline and mismanaged commercial real estate asset types.

As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and parking garages. We handle everything from advertising to collecting payments from drivers and enforcing against illegal parking. We already operate 150+ parking lots and parking garages across 30 US states and we are growing quickly.

We are backed by top tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Floodgate, Founders Fund, and angel investors who have founded or worked at companies like Uber, Opendoor, Flexport, and more.

We're looking for a Product Marketer to join us as the first hire on our new Marketing team. Your goal is to build market awareness around AirGarage and position our product in a way that resonates with property owners, asset managers, and commercial real estate firms.

We’ve grown rapidly through outbound sales over the last few years with almost no marketing, but we’re excited to take things to the next level. This is where you come in.
We are looking for a full-stack Product Marketing Manager. You’ll work closely with our founders and in collaboration with product, sales, operations, and design teams to build, launch, and drive adoption of AirGarage. You will have the opportunity to help us build out the marketing foundation — from developing messaging and positioning, telling our customers’ stories, creating impactful campaigns, and more.

If you're looking for a challenge and want to make a significant impact at a high-growth startup, this is the right opportunity for you.

We are looking for people who are excited to work on solving interesting problems in an industry that has been slow to innovate, have an interest as well as the disposition to both learn and teach, and above all, are kind and ambitious.

—Develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with our customers and clearly sets us apart from competitors.

—Work with our sales team to develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends, then use your category expertise to improve our positioning and go-to-market strategy.

—Work cross-functionally to create compelling landing pages, case studies, guides, and other content to help educate our target customers and accelerate our sales cycles.

—Lead product launches and campaigns across various channels - web, social, email, ads, etc.

—Partner with design, customer success, operations and sales teams to develop and iterate on content.

—3+ years of experience in Product Marketing.

—You enjoy interviewing customers and learning how we can improve their experience.

—You have exceptional writing skills and can distill complexity into clear and concise messaging.

—B2B product marketing and sales enablement experience preferred but not required.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with a knack for balancing multiple projects at the same time.

—Comfortable with independently developing strategies and also executing upon those strategies.

—An interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities, and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed.

—Analytical mindset and data-driven decision maker.

— By joining as one of our early team members, especially on the data team, there is enormous opportunity ahead for you to have an outsized impact and shape the future of AirGarage in this role.

— A lot of room to grow -- the team will be orders of magnitude larger within a few years, and you’ll be the foundation of that team.

— Work closely with our founders and CDO to drive strategy and execute key initiatives.

— The opportunity to change the way that the world thinks about real estate use in our cities.

— A diverse team -- we are currently 35%+ female and 30%+ non-white and we hope to continue hiring thoughtfully to build a team that represents the fact that our customers come from all walks of life.
We understand that there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. We're looking for someone passionate, with grit and determination, who is excited to face the challenges of a rapidly growing startup. AirGarage is the type of company where you can grow exponentially, and we encourage you to apply to us even if you don't 100% match the candidate description.
