About Strategy Department

The airSlate Strategy department leads monetization and product-led growth strategies and analytics across airSlate's product suite. This includes owning the pricing strategy, the product-qualified leads upsell strategy, and key strategic monetization and go-to-market initiatives. The department also aims to provide product, marketing, and executive teams with useful insights, segmentation, user behavior, and North Star metrics to improve the performance and effectiveness of teams across the company.

And now, we are looking for a Manager, Strategy & Data Analytics who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.

What you'll be working on:

    • Foster Business Mindset: Mentor team members to understand and align their work with broader business objectives and priorities.
    • Deliver High-Impact Insights: Oversee the generation of actionable data analyses that inform strategic decision-making and deliver measurable value.
    • Integrate Cutting-Edge Technologies: Build AI-powered internal tools for smarter decision-making T
    • Team Development: Provide coaching, support, and professional growth opportunities to team members, ensuring their skills and expertise continuously evolve.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the team and key stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and outcomes are clearly communicated.
    • Innovation and Best Practices: Identify and implement industry best practices in data analysis to maintain a competitive edge and continuously improve the team’s methodologies.
    • Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential challenges, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure projects remain on track to meet deadlines and objectives.
    • Drive Team Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall team productivity.

What we expect from you:

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Scientist
    • At least 1 year a leadership position,    Solid Python and SQL skills
    • Experience with Redshift and AWS Airflow is a plus
    • Experience with BI systems (Amazon QuickSight is a plus)
    • Knowledge of classical ML, experience in Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs is a plus
    • Experience with SaaS products and understanding of key business metrics such as LTV, conversion rate, churn rate, etc
    • Solid knowledge of applied statistics (experience with A/B tests is a big plus)
    • High results track records, experience in delivering projects from idea to result
    • Strong understanding of SaaS business
