airSlate is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
airSlate set up the AI Center of Excellence (COE) with a focus on strategic initiatives within our core marketing engine and SaaS product lines. This team is committed to driving innovation in digital B2C marketing and customer-facing workplace automation solutions. Our goal is to pioneer industry-leading applications of AI by leveraging our vast data warehouse. We will collaborate with AWS SageMaker for traditional AI model deployments and use OpenAI, Bard, and other SaaS LLM solutions to develop unique solutions that will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI in airSlate.

What you'll be working on:
- Mentor a core AI/ML Team,
- Promoting a culture of innovation, knowledge and feedback sharing and excellence within the team,
- Execution of Machine Learning projects
- GenAI implementations leveraging industry leading LLMs.
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience in an AI/ML environment,
- Familiarity with Traditional ML Techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised, Semi-Supervised, and Reinforcement Learning),
- Familiarity with cutting edge LLM technologies (OpenAI, Bard) and techniques to build solutions on LLMs like Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning (Plus) and Prompt Tuning,
- Familiarity with Python
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with distributed remote teams across time zones,
- A cooperative attitude, team-player mindset, sharing of knowledge,
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Nice to have:Hands-on experience with applications of AI for Digital Marketing purposes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
