At airSlate, our journey began in Boston, USA, in 2008. What started as a single product with 3,000 customers has grown into an influential tech company with 900+  team members across six offices worldwide. In 2022, airSlate reached a total valuation of $1.25 billion and became a  'Unicorn 🦄'. But even as we scale, team members remain our most valuable asset. That's why we've built a company that excites people about their work.

We develop products that serve over 100 million users with no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. The company's portfolio of award-winning products, signNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, WorkFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms, empower teams to digitally transform the way their organizations run.

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team at airSlate.

In this cross-functional role, you'll build, manage, and optimize the end-to-end processes and tools supporting the sales-assisted funnel for one of our flagship products. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Billing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure alignment, scalability, and data integrity across the go-to-market ecosystem.

As the primary owner of the sales tech stack for your product, you'll manage Salesforce administration and integrations with tools across the revenue lifecycle — from lead generation to post-sale customer engagement. If you're excited about driving operational excellence, building scalable systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making, this role is for you.

What you will be working on:

    • Build, own, and maintain the operations and the technology stack to support the product's sales motion (implementation, requirements gathering, testing, roll out, adoption, maintenance)
    • Own the SFDC administration for the product, including but not limited to configuration, user onboarding, new process implementations, reporting, analytics, and integrations
    • Define and enforce CRM best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visibility across leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
    • Build and refine analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track key performance metrics, evaluate sales effectiveness, and uncover opportunities for process and pipeline optimization
    • Develop data-driven insights to support pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, incentive programs, recurring sales reviews, and annual planning efforts
    • Build and maintain integrations between the sales technology stack and other go-to-market tools and ensure the seamless operation of data pipelines, API, Zapier workflows, native connectors, and custom code implementations
    • Work closely with the other product SFDC admins and operations analysts on the team to design an ecosystem that breaks down silos and scales effectively
    • Create and evolve processes to support the entire customer lifecycle
    • Drive alignment between sales execution and go-to-market initiatives by operationalizing new product launches, pricing and packaging changes, outbound demand generation campaigns, and customer success initiatives
    • Own core sales processes like maintaining order forms, processing requests from the Deal Desk, processing monthly commissions, and auditing the processes

What we expect from you:

    • 3–5 years of experience in a revenue operation role
    • Bachelors degree
    • Salesforce-certified admin with deep expertise in Salesforce
    • Experience managing Salesforce integrations with email marketing, marketing automation, lead enrichment, customer data platform, data warehouse, lead scoring and routing, quote-to-cash, customer success platforms, sales development outreach, billing and payment systems, commissions, analytics, and BI
    • Experience implementing a complex sales process
    • Excellent business judgment and attention to detail
    • Always act with urgency, integrity, and consider what's best for the business as a whole
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the US market
    • Excellent analytical thinking
    • Translating business needs into technical tasks and providing solutions

Nice to have:

    • Experience managing outbound marketing campaigns in Salesforce
    • Knowledge of marketing attribution and lead sources
    • Knowledge of AI sales tools
