We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
And now, we are looking for an Email Marketing Team Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company’s growth.
The Email Marketing Team serves as the go-to folks for all things related to emails and push notifications for our current users.
So what does the Email Marketing Team actually do?
The Email Marketing Team is the brain behind every email sent for our suite of cool SaaS products—think pdfFiller, airSlate, signNow, and more. The team handles everything from transactional emails to full-blown promotional campaigns.
But the Email Marketing Team isn’t just about sending emails. They are laser-focused on goals that matter. The team tracks the usual email metrics, but they also focus on the big picture, such as turning dormant users into active ones and keeping current users happy and engaged.
Oh, and the Email Marketing Team is really good at what they do—they have a 99% email deliverability rate to prove it. The team functions as its own unit within the marketing department, but it also serves as the go-to team when other departments need some email expertise.
What you'll be working on:
- Align email initiatives with overarching marketing goals, focusing on maximizing campaign performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Optimize email performance through insights implementation, refining segmentation strategies, and continuous improvement of KPIs with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the planning and execution of email campaigns for each product, assigning tasks to email marketers.

- Ensure team members are aligned with overarching goals, prioritize tasks, and lead internal team meetings for collaboration, idea-sharing, and problem-solving.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with each team member, create personalized growth plans.
- Implement an efficient task creation process in Jira for streamlined project management. Monitor KPIs for each product.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in email marketing with at least 4 years of practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of email marketing principles.
- Experience working with the USA market, with a solid understanding of its business environment and customer expectations.

- Analytics skills and working knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools (QuickSight).
- Self-motivated, results driven, highly organized, have strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills.
