And now we're looking for a Global Office Specialist  with a passion for creating every office to feel welcoming, comfortable, and inspiring, where people feel supported and engaged.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with office services, thrives in collaboration with colleagues across multiple offices and time zones, and has the flexibility to adapt to different cultures and working styles.

What you'll be working on:

    • Oversee daily office operations - supplies, kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, and repairs.
    • Manage seating plans and access cards in coordination with People Team and IT.
    • Coordinate vendors for supplies, greenery, and services, ensuring quality and consistency.
    • Support office logistics, including shipments, workspace updates, and small improvements.
    • Work closely with local and global teams to maintain a smooth and employee-friendly office environment.
    • Assist the Global Workplace Experience Manager with projects and office moves.
    • Travel requirement: 3-4 days per quarter to visit our offices in Poland.

What we expect from you:

    • Fluent in English, Romanian/Ukrainian is a plus.
    • 4+ years in workplace, office, or facility management.
    • Proven experience managing vendors and services across multiple countries with focus on cost-efficiency and quality.
    • Willingness to travel to our offices across different locations as needed.
    • Strong track record in logistics, procurement, maintenance, and office infrastructure.
    • Experience working cross-functionally to support smooth operations.
    • Comfortable managing remote operations across diverse cultures and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize across time zones and locations.
    • Proactive problem-solver with a global mindset for process improvement.
    • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
