As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front line of our growth engine.
Your mission: create qualified pipeline by connecting with prospects, uncovering their needs, and setting sales-ready meetings that drive revenue. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to fuel our 3–4x pipeline coverage goal and play a critical role in the launch of WorkFlow.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts through email, phone, and social.
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and thoroughly to ensure fast SLA response.
- Set sales-qualified appointments that convert into pipeline and revenue.
- Experiment with messaging and outreach tactics to optimize results.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns, share insights, and improve lead quality.
- Track and manage all activity in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing work.
- Strong research and communication skills; business acumen.
- A positive, ambitious mindset with a hunger to learn.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
$68,000 - $72,000 a year
Please note that the compensation listed in the job description reflects the base salary only. In addition to the base, the role includes a competitive bonus structure, which typically adds around 50% on top of the base salary, offering a significantly higher overall earning potential.
