And now, we are looking for a UX Writer who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
What you'll be working on:
- Style Guide & Consistency: Maintain the new style guide and tone of voice. Conduct testing of copy in real product environments, ensuring that it supports a smooth user experience. Validate new copy by testing them within core product flows, ensuring all content is effective and functional.
- Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a roadmap for ongoing copy and localization updates, ensuring future iterations align with evolving product goals and user feedback. Stay current on UX writing, AI-driven solutions, and localisation trends, applying best practices.
- Localisation: Manage the localisation process for all product content across mobile and web platforms, ensuring translations meet cultural, linguistic, and quality standards. Maintain a localization framework that integrates AI-driven translation. Oversee the quality of translations to ensure content is accurate and contextually appropriate for different regions.
- Content & Microcopy Creation: Create and refine user interface text, including buttons, error messages, tooltips, and other microcopy, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and consistency. Conduct regular audits of existing content to ensure it stays up-to-date and relevant.
- AI Integration & Process Optimisation: Take ownership of AI integration efforts, monitoring and refining workflows to increase efficiency. Implement AI-driven solutions for automating the generation of microcopy and streamline the interaction between design and development teams. Lead the development of AI prompts for improving copy quality and consistency.
What we expect from you:
- English level: Native or Fluent.
- Minimum of 3 years of product experience providing microcopy for interfaces.
- Experience with the localisation processes.
- Experience with creating a tone of voice and full styleguide for the product.
- Pro-active use of AI to streamline working routine.
- Good experience with cross-team collaboration.
- Product experience required.
