As the CEO’s Chief of Staff, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the globe. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organisation.

Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO
    • Manage the planning and tracking of quarterly and yearly OKRs
    • Work cross functionally to ensure key projects are on track
    • Utilise data to identify potential issues with projects 
    • Handle special projects and ad hoc incoming requests
    • Represent the CEO when needed

What you bring:

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work cross functionally, across all levels
    • Experience delivering results in a matrixed and fast growing tech company
    • Strong discretion
    • A background in investment banking or management consulting is advantageous
