You will work with key stakeholders across the product, engineering, and design (PED) organization and hire open roles in the US. You will develop and implement best recruiting practices, including job scoping, executive and stakeholder alignment, candidate sourcing, and closing. You will be responsible for the most strategic upstream and downstream Product, Engineering, and Design roles at Airwallex. This role will require strong influencing skills.
What you bring:
8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with deep product, engineering, and design hiring experience
Experience working at a fast-paced, growth-stage organization
Strong collaboration and influencing skills, creative and diverse sourcing skills
Hunger to build the function from scratch and demonstrate how impactful a strong recruiting arm can be
This is anindividual contributor role.
