As a DevOps Lead you will:
- Develop a vision and own the roadmap for developer tooling at Airwallex
- Have end to end ownership of major engineering projects within the Developer Productivity team.
- Lead a single engineering team to develop next-generation developer tools using a combination of known engineering best practices and (eventually) pushing the performance envelope using tools such as sky computing and machine learning.
- Deploy and manage the development test environment, improve existing tools and processes, and continuously improve development efficiency.
- Raise the engineering bar through practices such as code reviews, unit testing and integration tests
- Nurture talent within your team and provide them with the support to shine. 
- Develop - Drive consensus and set the standard on usability, performance and reliability in our developer stack.     
- Experience leading an engineering team from the front
- Strong sense of ownership and drive to change the world
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer and related majors;
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, action, etc
- Have good English reading and writing skills.
