WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: The Sr. Technical Business Analyst will support Aisle Rocket’s Technical Project Management team. The role is a crucial part of Aisle Rocket’s process of Agile software development. This role will entail gathering requirements, documentation, communicating between key stakeholders, and the development of user stories.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Communicate between key stakeholders on both client and internal teams
- Lead the gathering and documentation of important requirements for development projects
- Identifying risks and roadblocks in the development process
- Work alongside Scrum Masters and development teams in an Agile environment
- Create user stories for testing
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, especially in a technical or advertising space
- 4+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience using Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence
- A strong understanding and demonstrable experience with the Software Development Lifecycle and Software Development tools
- Good communication skills – This role will be client facing
- Highly dependable, organized and detail oriented
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment
- Prior experience in marketing or advertising preferred
