WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 
We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter with experience writing and concepting for a variety of platforms including digital, print, video, in-store and the ability to understand and communicate a breadth of brand voices. If you believe that creative should be rooted in strategic thought and have a passion for developing stories and ideas that both serve and sell, we want to talk to you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Craft and own relevant stories and communication strategies in collaboration with creative partners collaboratively
-Develop creative that is relevant to the consumer throughout their shopping journey 
-Flex between brands frequently and seamlesslyPresent work to clients with thoughtful rationale independently and collaboratively
-Transform jargon into consumer-friendly product or feature copy
-Be a stickler for detail, creating to a high standard of output in a fast-paced environment
-Research competitive marketplace and industry trends and develop data-driven insights that inform creative work as a team member
-Bring savvy flexibility as you function both independently and as part of a broader team
-Work with strategists to develop and maximize communications
-Mentor junior to mid-level writers, helping them grow their confidence and skills
-Provide final approval before release to production teamFor smooth sailing
-Manage time and efforts accordingly, right-sizing effort to the scope of the job
-Proofread and edit materials before client reviewsManage projects from concept to delivery, keeping key stakeholders aware of progress

WHAT YOU BRING 
5+ years experience creating content for retail brands required
-An expert grasp of language to create clear communication for any audience — from consumers to trade experts
-A deep understanding of how to apply brand guidelines to ensure a strong and consistent voice at every touchpoint
-Experience creating content for digital platforms — bonus if you have e-commerce / D2C experience
-Must be willing to work autonomously or in a collaborative environment, depending on what the project requires
