The Position

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Knowledge Manager to design and lead an efficient, scalable training and enablement program for our growing customer base. You will be responsible for creating content, automating documentation workflows using AI (including large language models), and leading a small team to support onboarding and ongoing product education.
This role combines training delivery, technical writing, and content automation. You'll work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure customers quickly understand, adopt, and succeed with our platform. This position reports to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities

    • Training Strategy & Enablement
    • Design and implement a scalable training framework for new customers' onboarding, tailored to different user personas and complexity levels.
    • Develop modular, role-based learning paths to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
    • Track and improve training outcomes using feedback, engagement data, and adoption metrics.

    • Content Development & Automation
    • Own the creation and maintenance of all product training content, including video tutorials, walkthroughs (storylanes), quick start guides, and help center articles.
    • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI-powered tools to automate repetitive content generation (e.g., user guides, quizzes).
    • Define and manage a content pipeline, ensuring timely updates as the product evolves.

    • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of technical writers and training specialists.
    • Coordinate cross-functional input from Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success to deliver relevant and up-to-date content.
    • Establish workflows and editorial standards for consistency, accuracy, and clarity.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to understand training gaps and continuously improve onboarding experiences.
    • Work with Product and Engineering to stay ahead of roadmap changes and prepare enablement materials proactively.
    • Contribute to internal enablement for Sales and CS teams, ensuring they are equipped with the right knowledge and tools.

Knowledge and Experience

    • MUST-HAVE

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Communication, Instructional Design, Computer Science).
    • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments, or manufacturing environment knowledge management.
    • Proven experience designing customer-facing training strategies or programs.
    • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
    • Experience leading a small team and managing training content pipelines.
    • Demonstrated experience with AI tools, including LLMs, for automating documentation or training content.
    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Comfortable speaking in live webinars or recorded training sessions.


    • NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge bases.
    • Understanding of SaaS onboarding flows and customer education best practices.
    • Exposure to regulated industries or enterprise implementation cycles.
    • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 or digital transformation in manufacturing is a plus.
